End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and TotalGTM for the use of our software and services.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TotalGTM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and services.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to derive its source code. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software.

Ownership

TotalGTM retains all rights, title, and interest in the software. Your data remains yours — TotalGTM does not claim ownership of any data you input or generate.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
